At a Glance
ANCHOR funding will allow subrecipients to establish a comprehensive system of care designed to reduce adolescent deaths from synthetic opioids through increased engagement of adolescents, particularly those who may be less motivated to seek help, and their families or caregivers in the system of care.
ANCHOR subrecipients will utilize funding to increase access to treatment and recovery support services for adolescents and their families, and launch comprehensive interventions including screening and/or crisis response.
ANCHOR funding will be used towards innovative outreach approaches, evidence-based family support interventions, telehealth services, training, and harm reduction education for adolescents, their families, and other individuals who interact with adolescents.

- Applications due September 22, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. CST.
