Opioid Treatment Program Partnerships (OTPP–2)
This NOFO is closed.
At a Glance
The goal of OTPP–2 is to increase access to all forms of medication assisted recovery (MAR) throughout Illinois for people with opioid use disorder (OUD) or polysubstance use disorder (including opioids), focusing on disparately impacted populations.
OTPP-2 subrecipients will forge partnerships between opioid treatment programs (OTPs) and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), hospitals, clinics, or public departments of health; establish new OTPs, new medication units (satellites) of existing OTPs, or new partnerships allowing greater access to all three forms of Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-approved medications to treat substance use disorders (SUDs).
The RCCA anticipates awarding up to four (4) subawards of up to $457,000 per subawardee per period of performance. Programs may apply for less funding.
